Terms & Conditions of Sale and Website Use
Last updated: October 1, 2025
Welcome to WebSpareParts. By accessing or using our website, and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
This website is operated by FROMPT2Y – COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS ONLINE, LDA, based in Portugal. The full company details and legal disclosure are available on our Legal Disclosure page.
We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Use of the Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to interfere with the security or integrity of the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) to extract data.
All content (text, images, layout) is the property of WebSpareParts and may not be reused without our written consent.
3. Currency & Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
The final amount at checkout will be processed in the currency selected by the customer, whenever that option is available. This includes payment in local currency such as GBP or USD when selected. The invoice will always be issued in Euros, in accordance with Portuguese and EU tax regulations.
If you require a VAT-compliant invoice for business purposes, please provide your VAT number at checkout.
EU-based businesses with a valid intra-community VAT number who wish to receive an invoice without VAT must contact us before ordering so we can manually validate the number via the VIES system.
We accept several forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. For bank transfers from outside the EU, any associated banking fees must be paid entirely by the customer. We recommend selecting "sender pays all fees" to avoid payment rejection.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect product pricing
- Stock availability
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping times are indicative and may vary based on destination.
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@webspareparts.com with your order number and return reason.
- Wait for return authorization.
- Ship the item to the return address provided.
Unless the return is due to our error, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please consult our full Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed information.
7. Warranty and Liability
We do not offer product warranties beyond what is legally required under EU consumer law. Most items are classified as spare parts and are intended for professional or DIY repair use.
WebSpareParts shall not be liable for:
- Any incidental or consequential damages
- Improper use of products
- Losses due to delays, misuse, or incompatibility
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
9. Legal Disclosure & Company Information
Full legal details about our company, address, registration, and VAT number can be found on our Legal Disclosure page.
10. Complaints and Legal Compliance
If you are located in Portugal, you may submit a formal complaint through the Complaints Book, in accordance with national consumer protection law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and EU regulations.
Consumers in the EU retain their mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
Any disputes may be submitted to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Jurisdiction: Portugal.
