Analogis HS-16 Aluminium Headshell – SME Mount for J and S Tonearms [Silver]

The Analogis HS-16 headshell is designed for cartridges with the standard 1/2-inch mounting and for use with turntables from most manufacturers equipped with J-shaped or S-shaped tonearms using an SME bayonet mount with locking collar.

Manufactured from aluminium, the HS-16 offers a well-balanced combination of rigidity and controlled mass, with an effective weight of approximately 8.5 g. Slotted mounting holes allow precise overhang adjustment during cartridge installation, supporting accurate alignment and stable tracking performance.

A practical notch at the front of the headshell helps guide the stylus safely onto the record surface, improving control during cueing. High-quality, colour-coded connection leads with gold-plated contacts ensure clean, low-loss signal transmission. A rubber washer is included to secure a firm and vibration-resistant connection between the headshell and the tonearm.

The HS-16 is suitable as a replacement or upgrade headshell for hi-fi and vintage turntable setups requiring a reliable SME-type connection.
