Where is my package?

Check your dispatch email first, the tracking link is there. One thing worth knowing: for standard shipments outside the EU (except FedEx), tracking often goes quiet after the parcel leaves Portugal and only updates again in your country. That silence is normal. You can also use the order tracker.

I need to change my address

If the order hasn't shipped yet we can still change it. Send the correct address with your order number as fast as you can, address changes get priority.
